Andy,
Its coming up for 2 years in may and there has been times when i have thought i would never get to this stage but the amount of satisfaction you get knowing that all but the glassing has been done by myself makes it all worth while, it is by no means perfect but i am happy that it holds water :) and no leaks well none that i can see
cheers Alan

Alan,

Haven't posted for a wee while  as I'm half way through workng on my design and build which is absorbing far too much time. Just caught up with your recent posts and Vippy's excellent air uplifts  .

Anyhow well done Mukka, two years on, no leaks and looking good. Any regrets?

Best

Hi Matt,
Never doubted your glassing mate, top job very well done :D was more concerned about my plumbing

Tictoc
the only regret i have is that i planned to have block built filters, so set my bottom drain to suit then layed the base to find that i couldn't get the depth needed in the filters so the pipe run is longer with more bends than i would like so make sure you plan things right before starting

Cheers Alan

Rich,
Many thanks for your kind words,
I've had a few health problems :( since putting the fish in, but seem to be getting on top of it now and
Yes a lot of time and money has gone into the build but its well worth it :D
