skimmer line filtration

i have a nexus 200 which i am planning to put on the 2 skimmers and will be gravity fed,my question is will i get enough flow through 1.5'' pipe work from the skimmers i have a sequence 10000 which i want to use :)

Hoofman,

If there's one regret I have heard from several 'Pondies' it is wishing that they had run 2" pipe not 1.5".

Will the two skimmer have identical pipe as you may find one working better than the other :idea:

Defiantly go with 2" pipe in not bigger and i am not 100% sure but you may need a bigger pump depending on the length of run.

yes at mo both skimmers have 1.5'' pipe
