been building the pond for 4 weeks now.

Only 4 weeks thats great progress what gallonage do you expect to have
what filtration
you wont regret having the window best thing i did on mine

hi
the gallonage should be around 7500/8000 gallons
the window frame came from our old pond which was knocked down when we moved
pond speck
2 x bottom drains 2x nexus 300 2 x heat exchangers return to pond
1 x wide mouth skimmer ultra sieve 3 bubble bead 3 110 watt uv return to pond.

Am i right in saying that you are the fella with the pond behind the conservatory and you have just built a roof over it and a QT in the garage...?
Have you moved or is this another venture...?
Really liked your last pond i bet you are gutted after all that work you did....

no conseratory this time
but we can still see the fish from the house
fillter house will have a upcv frame above so will be able to see the fish from there in the rain.

yes that was our old house we moved in late october the old pond and qt is now all gone
broke my heart to knock down the old pond
had to think on the bright new 7500 gallon pond and next year a 1500 gallon quarantine system.
