im not 100% sure i like windows i was going to have a camera system in the pond linked o a tv in the garage to inpspect the koi underwater.
Im just wanting to get started now. I have sorted the guy to come and render the pond - got a very good deal : )
and i may have sorted the electrician.
Just need to dig now and buy bricks : )

You can get going with 1 usb internet thingy and an underwater camera for around £100 + and then add cameras as you go - I have used wired connections as wireless (camera to computer) isn't reliable enough really. If you can get a wire from the pond to a broadband computer you can see the same as mine! I reckon with extension cables, power supplies 4 cameras (the above water ones are a lot cheaper) £200 - £250?

Right now have my skimmer and my bottem drain will be here next week. All i really need now is the pumps and maybee another airpump and teh heater.
Quick question though. I was at a dealer yesterday asking for some advice and he didnt seem that impressed with running a skimmer off 1.5inch pipe onto a vortex with static k1. it said its going to block very easily.
What does everyone else think?
