You and me both Gazza, it was fantastic and boy were there some special little gems (all nice and bright and shiny!!)
just taking the pics off the camera but not got any specific ones but here are a few to wet your apetites! Roll on the next open day at Cuttlebrook........
Sorry guys thats all I could get - I then got involved in the real thing!
I hope I got it right - Lisa has some great pictures and believe me there are some real stunners.
Thanks to both you and Sue for helping out yesterday.
I have a few pictures of the day, including a particularly special Hariwake that reminded us of someone that we all knew! Perhaps the almost leopard print pattern on it will be something of a clue???
Any ideas anyone?
Another close up of another one of the Hariwake, just to remind us what to look for when we are looking for a Hariwake!
the picture where u are holding the net is a bit of an optical illusion , if you couldn;t see your other arm it would look like you have got one hell of a reach , do u see what i mean
I see what you mean, although John's arm is a bit more butch than mind (I like to think!).
We were out at 6.30 am yesterday morning harvesting the Showa. All I could see when I closed my eyes yesterday evening was little Showa swimming around.
I am sure that I can come up with another excuse for everyone to come down before next May - in fact I think I can feel another thread coming on.........
