
my pond is spotless and i think clean or dirty ponds have no bearing on aeromonas well let me rephrase that whiole you can epxect this from a dirty pond equally a clean pond is no guarantee of being clear either
these infection have all been classic infections caused by hugging the bottom a lot during the real cold temperatures so ihave concluded for me its not cost effective to try and save a few bob , i have probably saved around £150 but blown in excess of £1000

so i have started raising the temperature again im now at 11c so its no more natural winter temps for me iwill raise again today that will put me at my benchmark figure od 12c
