This is something that many breeders go through and from memory i think they use heat at high 20c to 30c and salt at a high dose rate added at 0.3% per day till you get to 0.9% and then just wait and hope for them to come out of it.

The higher the quality koi the harder the buggers are to keep its a bit like pedigree dogs they will have issues and have to be catered for just like our fish unfortunately.

As Dunc has said this does happen and is not uncommon and as you have used Dunc's stuff you will probably find that this is a bit stronger than the other stuff so sit tight and hopefully in a few days they will be back to normally.
