Russ's New Pond

Post by bicolormoth »

well, its been a lond time in the making but i have finally got to the part where i am actually building the pond, rather than digging holes or pumping out muddy water. heres a pic of the latest progress.

finished size will be 10.5' x 11.5' x 6' , so should be around 4500g. filters will be Nexus 200 off the B/D to a shower and a Power Bead off the skimmer to the shower. pond will be insulated with celotex & fibreglassed by Dave Arnold. a 3'x2' window. heated with by gas boiler through a heat exchanger. pergola & cladding to keep the weather out. more pics to come as we make progress. :D
