bottom drain sealant

im fitting a four inch bottom drain to my pond and was wondering which sealant would be best for sealing it to the liner.. i know you use the ring and screw it tight, but, obviously, a sealant is used to..any advice???

Hi Jon,

Welcome to Koi Quest :D

The best sealants are Gold Label or Den Braven and the Gold Label one you can actually use in water and is top stuff but a little expensive :wink:

Any sealer with a MS polymer basis is good. It is non toxic, adhears to both rubber and most plastics and it is flexible.
