gosh, i'd thought youd got lost.
then the item you have is three-phase and will not work on home 240volts.
it works on a commercial/industrial 3 x 115volt supply.... of which it uses two of the three to get its 230volts.

all is not lost yet.
if you use the main body of the UV and just replace the workings with a 240volt UV tube and a standard aquarium light unit to suit the wattage of the tube...

i think you meant 3 phase and nuetral - each phase being 415v, and when you measure between each phase and nuetral you have 240v.

i find it hard to believe a lighting unit is running on 3 -phase :!:
somewhere on the unit it should state 415v or 240v. is there no manufacturers mark :?:

the other explaination , is you only have the light and not the control box. would need a picture maybe to see  as they are similar to flourescent tubes you would have 2 wires from each of the heater coils in the lamp, ie 4 wires. if thats the case you could then use a unit as vippymini suggests.

hope that helps clear the mud a little :D
