Pond heating via a external boiler

Hi everyone,
Sorry if this has been asked before but I am new here and new to koi keeping so please be gentle:
Is there anyone that knows if I would need planning permission or building regulations to have a boiler in the back of my garden in a detached brick build little boiler house? The reason for my question is that I back onto woodlands and will need to flue it into the woodland (very steep and slopes down to a river, so very unlikely that anyone can or will walk next to the fence)
Thanks
J

Hi J,

Welcome to Koi Quest and don't worry we are always gentle :D

I have a boiler in my back garden in the shed with all my other equipment so i don't see why you would have to worry and Andy B may be able to help if he is about

Hi J

Re planning permission - depends how little your shed is...

I have one in my timber built pond shed installed by AndyB.

Dave
