It must be that time of year!

One of mine spawned this morning, no great surprise really as I moved her outside into the main pond on Saturday; will post some pics later. Been chasing around all day setting the reception tank etc. Bit of a shame really as I intended to manage the spawning a little later in the year but did throw some brushes in last night as there were signs of activity! Good excuse for an extended holiday!
Quick question; Duncan recommends a prophylactic treatment of eggs with Malachite on day2 at “a higher concentration than is normal for therapeutic fish treatments.” In previous years I haven’t treated but has any one any ideas what dose would be suitable?
Regards to all
