Found the soil pipe...
All plans are thrown out the window..don't know what to do now...

Not easy, but you can move a sewer pipe. You need to create manholes where you break into the pipe though and where it rejoins and aslo you want to keep the fall of the pipe similar or the poop will settle out. So you could put a chamber where your picture shows the pipe, direct the sewer into your garden, then another chamber, then 2 more where you direct it back.

I managed to chase the pipe out today and after looking at it i have had a thought.
To the elbow you can see in the pic it is 7ft which was the original length and to the top left corner it is 6ft ( also the same size i planned )

What i was think was to have two levels to the pond, above and below the pipe...
Or would i be better moving the pipe to the left of the pond...???
