Checked that the water is still running at 5.30 this morning so it has been running for 15 hours. I checked the water meter and if Eds calculation theory is right there is 2032 gallons gone in so far and about 12ins deep on the bottom (but not definate), without getting in there to check. The pond is 8ft 6ins deep at the edge and about 8ft 9ins in the middle, so for all the maths experts out there you should be able to work it out cos' I can't,

Checked the water level about 6.00 pm tonight and it reads about 10750 gallons so far and it looks around the half way line, so who knows what it will be,

Pond still filling up, tap been running 8 days and nights now but only about 9" left to go but that eqauates to still quite a lot of gallons. Gallons so far are 17,641 so I reckon Justin ain't gonna be far out but he did build most of the block work so he should know,

OK Danny you win the swim in the pond with your guess of 22327 gallons. Just turned the tap off and the water meter reads, little pond 2829 and the large pond 22215 gallons,

Regards
