prazi dose rate for 350 gal quarantine tank?

Hi All
what amount of prazi do i need to dissolve in formalin to treat my q tank 350 gallons? found fluke when i scraped them as they were flicking

1 gram to 100 gallons so that would be 3.5 grams and 4 mml of formaldehyde to dissolve it into
