Simply Koi and More Koi

I am unsure on what’s up with this fancy goldfish to me it looks carp pox but the scales on 1 side are razed, can you please give me some idea on what’s wrong as it has got me stumped BTF it is not my fish it belongs to a friend

looks like a bacterial infection to me peter try a topical on it or something like c/t in the water see if it improves
