Too Clay Or Not

Post by Taggy »

Hi all forgive me if in wrong section

I was bought up koi wise that we should clay every week well for the last five or so years I havnt bothered due to cost and my koi been fine and dandy.

My question to those that are a bit more advanced in the hobby or anyone really should we clay still?? Is there any real benifits (if so what are they ??)at all or is it another koi add on for making more money out of us koi keepers.

I must confess looking back now I saw no real benefits plus for something that costs around a few pence per lb they sure make enough money out of it

its a bit like RO water I ran this for years and really bought into it but again looking back I did not get anything out of it that folks running no ro would see

save your money mate
