How long after the initial dose of praziquantel do you wait before changing any water treatments for skin fluke

sorry for the delay im moving my chemical's to a new facility and setting up a air-conditioning set up just for Malachite green weighing out

if body a 5-7 days, gill I would leave it a bit longer
