bacterial issue?

hi all, in my qt ive noticed 2 koi with a little fin rot and one fish has gill damage, doesnt look like its knocked it more of its been eaten away any ideas? ponds at 23c was going to do a course of ct whats the best dosage? kh of 10 ph of 7.7/7.8

Sorry about the delay i missed this

try 10 gm per every 100 gallons day 1 then drop it to 8 grams /100 gallons days 2&3 and up the temp to 27c at 23 your in the zone for these attacks
