Both eye are protruding past the head and both eyes have a thick grey coating over them with little to no vision, the mouth is constantly going in a chewing manner and the gills covers are at a steady rate, the fish will swim at all depths and is not eating, these symptoms only presented in the last 4 days.

Thank you all,

Duncan I have sent an email to Linc`s koi health and they want to see the fish in person, that option is not possible though from email:
"All Paula can suggest is that it is most likely to be bacterial infection of the cornea of the eye and bathing both eyes with balls of cotton soaked in Optrex may help. You will need to do this several times However, Paula stresses this can also be a sign of more serious health problem in the fish so we hope the Optrex works."

I will try it.
