Hello All
Through all of the problems that Dunc has had over the last couple of months, this puts a lid on it.
To give up EVERYTHING including your own pets is awefull.
I dont think these people realise what they have done.
I know after having several conversations with Dunc and Poll.. all of whats happened has been a life changing event.
And no doubt ..not caused by Duncan himself but people who just cant keep themselves to themselves.
This has got to the point where this has made both Dunc & Poll Ill ..and i mean physically ill.
As one of these persons states Karma ...what goes around comes around ..i think they forgot about Karma.
I truely wish none of this had happened to Dunc & Poll.. they dont deserve any of it.
In fact they deserve much better than any of us could even put into words or good deeds.
Their dedication to keeping koi is amazing..lifes work to be exact.
So on this note ..and as other have said" I thank you deeply for your wealth of knowledge and patience in teaching myself and others how to look after our koi properly and professionally !"
Lots of Love to you both at this difficult time.
Max

hi
the interesting tyhing in all this is this:
once the pond had been drained and the walls dried out there were like two bullet holes in the side on thew big end that was leaking water from behind the fibre glass so i had a leak albeit a very small one
just goes to show i never woulkd have thought it

Dear Duncan
This is very very sad and the saying "don't let the bastards win" seem futile. The Koi world had someone very special, and now it will be a lot harder for new comers and everyone else who relied upon your knowledge and kindness. I know without your wisdom I would not be lucky enough to still have Koi in my life.
I can only wish you and Pol every happiness in whatever you decide to take on. All you have ever done is care and for that you have suffered.
I hope that the people who have caused you all this suffering hear's what their action's have done, I want them to look at their pond and imagine all their Koi gone and how they would feel if through no fault of their own they lost everything they cherished.
