Rich you ask if i have finished.... Rome wasn't built in a day mate.. plus i've been struck down all weekend with the flu,and with work commitments i can see it taking a while as its a case of doing bits when i can...

Hi Jason,
Just remember as you dig down it looks smaller so that when you start removing a bit more from the sides
It worked for me if you look at the pictures the new pond was going to be the size of the pergola and it grew a bit
