I hope you enjoyed ya cuppa and fag mate and i am sure it was well deserved

Yes some of those sparks earn a fortune wish i was one of em,still what am i talking about i am not even Part P myself.....

i wonder if i will need it one day still i do have some training so hopefully i will pass lol.

I hope we will be seeing some more pictures very soon as it looks like its going very well

Hi Folks.

Roof on, ( just a bit of flashing left to do )

Started the cladding.

Would still be out there now, but would you believe it, one of my customers has a problem with her boiler, and I can't get hold of any of my plumbers

So off we go, who would be a plumber.

Friday night and I will be taking a boiler apart, still, buck stops with the boss.

Must me good to be the boss......just a bit gutting that the guys are down the pub when you need them,still think of the overtime as if plumbers don't charge enough during the day...well call out rates

That koi house is coming along mate i bet you will have some fish in there in a couple of weeks

Hi Jason

Not long finished a boiler for somebody in Wincerster, because it turned out that we were cheaper than the local guys ( I think everybody should move to Wincerster and become plumbers as our client was quoted over Ã‚Â£4,000 to supply and install a new 35 KW boiler

).

Best advice I can give you is to get a quote locally, ( becasuse one would presume that local chaps would be cheaper ).

Then let me know, If I think I can do it a bit cheaper then great, if not then at least you will know that the local quote is cost effective and you are not getting ripped

Any way better go.

Would that be for a full day,or is that till lunch

Was that quote only for the boiler replacement or did it include new radiators? If it's just for the boiler, hÃƒÂ«ll yeah I''ll be happy to do one for that price. Hell I'll even do two 24 kw in tandam if he wants!

Nope, no rads just new boiler scale master, power flush, 3 year guarantee etc etc, we went in a Ã‚Â£2,410 plus VAT and the chap near pulled my arm off.

He got a dam fine job, we got well paid, every body happy

Why can't all jobs be like that ?

The world is full of cowboy plumbers (and lots of other tradesmen) who don't really want to do the job unless the client is dumb enoungh to overpay. Good thing this guy was wise enough to get a second opinion.

Hi Folks

On the homeward turn regarding construction, ( thatÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s the easy bit out of the way, apart from some weathering and a bit of finishing ).

Can't fit doors until I have got another Tank in there, hope it will fit

Ohh ! wife has chose colour of doors, BRITISH RACING GREEN !!! Dam

Still I asked her for some input

( I am sure she does it on purpose

)

Once I get some light wired in, can then get on with fitting it out, will be a bit cosy with 2 tanks, but then I am only a small 20 stone chap.

Will post some more pic's as project moves on.

Yep

Roofs properly weathered ( that Flashband is wonderful stuff )

have got insulation, and boarding for walls, well actually I am going to use laminated flooring, as it only works out at Ã‚Â£3.00 per meter, and hopefully it will be at least water resistant.

Will put it up

and if it looks cra** will take it down.

Have got some of the wiring in, should at least get lighting on tomorrow.

But I am waiting for the next tank to be delivered, so can't fit doors or any thing until mid week.

Still some odds and sods to finish on the outside

Will post some more pics once I start the refit.
