If you give me the diameter of the vortex I can cut down your matting for you so it fits snug.

Hi all,

I have a Cloverleaf 3-chamber filter (Genesis). Could I add this matting to my first chamber (vortex) as shown in the pics? I also use (static) K3 in my final chamber and have some spare. If I was able to put the matting in the 1st chamber, could I use the K3 after the matting in the 1st chamber?

Thanks,

Mark

Yes mark you could. Same principle and you can use this method in any shaped chamber as long as you support the media for 45% min of its surface area.

Thanks - I'll have a look at the weekend. Just need to find something to support the matting.
