Cleaning fibre glass

I can anyone help me I need to clean the fibre glass as I'm closing the pond after 10years use a power blaster twice but still not clean enough to paint over as I want to make it a bar'becue area

Excuse the delay Geoff, just got back from America.

What are you trying to clean off of the fibre glass algae or lime scale stains?
