Raised scales

How should i deal with raised scale i have a koi that has been flashing from parasites. sorted that out but found the koi has still got some raised scales.I have cleaned the area around and under the scales with Roccol and treated with Tamodine. what would you do different.

can you give me a photo at all?
it could be one of two things both serious but fatal if not diagnosed properly
