Whitespot

Post by fisherman »

A couple of years ago I got whitespot in my pond my temperature at the time was at 5c I know that I should not have medicated with Malachite Green & Formalin but had no options but to do so on the bottle it said d not treat under 12c IMOP it was a do or don’t situation as I had nothing to lose and that I lost only 1 koi. Will I do it again a big yes?

Now what would you do yourself would you treat your pond or not

IMO Duncan the medicine that these companys are protecting themselves if anything goes belly up with your pond. as we all know that whitespot is a big killer of our koi

I would of done the same as a last resort. I do think that the makers of these treatments have to cover themselves as we now live a time of no win not fee.
