A couple of answers to questions posed

A couple of answers to questions posed to me via email

first some of you may have noticed that formaldehyde is missing from my on line store, this is because i have decided not to hold it in stock over the winter, as cold storage speeds up its decay into paraformaldehyde which is toxic so i will be getting fresh stock in the early spring, those of you who have it in stock should keep it indoors away from winter temps

Next some of you have noticed and have written that 2-phenoxyethanol freezes at above freezing temperatures, this is perfectly normal, 2-phenoxyethanol has a melt/freeze point of +14c and should be stored indoors in warm conditions. however if you get caught out and it does freeze, simply place in into hot water and it will thaw out very quickly with no loss of product integrity, again this is quite normal with this product
