Hello all. Here are a couple of Tosai Showa`s that I bought from the KWC
earlier this Year. They have both had a good Summer, growing from 6 inches to 11 inches. The Hi Showa is bred by Sakuma, the other bred by Ogawa and is fast becomeing My favourite Koi in the pond. She has put loads of volume on over the past few months. They are pictured the day I got them and then again today.
I have shown You mine now You show Me Yours
Comments please
Justin

Both almost lost last week when I left a ball valve partially open after cleaning the filters. When I got to it at 5am in the morning, there was literally about a gallon of water left in the pond with fish flighting to stay in it. You never seem anyone fill pond so fast withour a pump. Luckily no signs of anything too serious after 1 week. Somehow I have only lost 1 gold fish. Touch wood.

Hi Folks

Tom, nice to see a Sakuma with some white must be male :?

Hi David, that boys looking better than ever, great body shape for a male fish.

I got it from KWC and I am sure Deron said it was Sakuma as well, sold as female :? :? , but as you know it's male all day long.

It is nice to see it though, the maruzome is really coming along now.

Great Fish

I new I should have sold that for a few more bob   :D

Regards

Andy

Andy,

I always wanted a Sakuma showa, didn't even realise I had one.

It is definitely male, and it gets such a good body shape from chasing the ladies around the pond. Hence, it is in the other pond with the bachelors.

How about some pictures of your lovely showas?

David.
