List of Acronyms

couldnt decide where to put this so put it in here as it wont be to hard to find. please add any known acronyms so everyone knows what they mean!!

ill start with a few

TT = trickle towel
CT = Chloramine T
PP = Potassium permanganate
MG+F = Malachite green and formalin
BS = Bakki shower
KHV = Koi herpes virus
TDS = Total dissolved solids
KH and GH = Carbonate hardness and genral hardness
PH = power of hydrogen or potential hydrogen
HP = Hydrogen peroxide
ORP = oxidation reduction potential
QT = quarentine tank

LOL = laugh out loud
OH = Other half

I have a stamp in my office and I have used it for years, people think that it’s for paperwork to be filed and I’ve had it that long that nobody has questioned it.

FULB that was used to describe anyone that was useless I.E. one of the managers at work
Fat useless lazy bars**** and I was the only one that would ask why he was called it

As im a systems engineer for IBM we have a few well known acronyms for systems techies..

F.U.C.T - Failed under conditional testing
J.F.D.I - Just f*#@ing do it
WYSIWYG - What you see is what you get

DOC = Didn't Often Clean.......no it ain't, it's....Done 0 Cleaning......okay okay ....it's Dissolved Organic Carbon.
