hI Gazza,

Looking forward to seeing all the pictures. Nice close ups please.

I am in the middle of building my own pergola having waited 5 months for the weather to improve sufficiently, so am hoping to pinch a few ideas from the professionals.

P..S. Remember to duck if you ever pay me a visit as the pergola is only 2m high.

Hi Gazza,
Are you having a waterproof roof on the pergola? As it overhangs the pond it would be great if it was, so you can stand under it if the weathers not too good? Saying that though thinking about it ,mine has the stuff on that Jules usually uses and not a lot of rain drips through it actually
I think pergola's are great, not only shade from the sun for blanket weed and algal blooms, but must be better for the koi as they have no sunglasses.
Looking good mate.

Hi Pete,

It will have the same stuff Jules normally uses but it may be made waterproof in the future
