I'm starting to refill and so far I'm up to 34 cubic metres, haven't read the other dials yet.

The water meter was on 20 cubic metres when I started and these are the readings of the next dials
0.1 was 7
0.01 was 7
0.001 was 8
0.0001 was 8

how do I work out how much water has gone in ?
cheers
Carl

hi

if the reading is right you had prior to filling 20.7788 cubic meters

if say after filling eg its reads 34. 5555 just for example, deduct one from the other = 13.7767

so you have 13.776 cubic meters of water and there is 1000 litres in a cubic meter

so times 13.7767 by 1000 = 13776.7 litres total divide by 4.546 litres in a gallon = 3030 uk gallons

4209 gallons....... I estimated a few years ago when it was built a gallonage of 3800
