Biggest Homebred, 1-year on

Post by Bob Hart »

Doesnt time fly, it was on 11th May 2005 that my Shiro eggs started to hatch out. These were eggs from a breeding that Duncan carried out between a Sakai and Momotaro Shiro parents.

Well the largest 1-year on is this one at 35cm. Nice White Skin, but not enough Sumi yet. Perhaps more will come along in time though.

Others range from 14cm to 26cm with 6 of the 12 remaining in the 20's.

Hi Bob,

Looks like it has nice conformation and they do say that a good Shiro can take years to come and it usually starts at the back,so you never know.

Looks good and healthy to me Bob. Very satisfying to have grown it on from an egg.

It's got a bit of a pinched face, look closely on the photo.

Yours if you still want it though, got a few others looking for loving homes, nothing special just OK
