Billy, no response yet to my previous request for clarification, so just to move things along I'll assume you dosed at 18gr for the 2000 gallons, giving 2ppm approx. Which if your pond is very clean is a little high for two consecutive prolonged exposure doses. Excluding the purple cloud risk elemen...

Apologies Billy, I had not picked up on the fact you had the good sense to specify treatment times in your fist post, sorry for making you repeat yourself! OK, what dose did you administer? Pond volume and PP dose, so I can work it back will help me ponder specifics. Off the cuff I would say that if...

Kusuri certainly have the good stuff, and I believe Duncan may have some. I'd like to take this opportunity to expand on PP treatment, as there are numerous options according to requirements and current circumstance. I said earlier that I would usually wait 3 days between doses, but that is not a ha...

Many koi will bleed at the gills and even through their skins/ scales when skittery, this is far from unusual. It does not necessarily signify that the fish are unhealthy, simply that they are not used to and or dislike something, it's a mild shock symptom, no more. Just as in humans with a noseblee...

Hello Maurice, long time no hear, I hope life has been kind to you of late. I think I can answer for Gazza, as we have discussed our readings recently. His RO product is around 1 or 2 tds I believe, though I'd have to check previous notes to be sure, it may have been as high as 5 at times. His pond ...

With reference to the link provided, I assume that as this information totally ignores the only correct and accurate method of P.P application, ORP / REDOX monitoring, it is dated and may lack accuracy as a result. I would advocate that those who are unfamiliar or lack confidence in the application ...

Dave, trust me when I tell you you will not get 350 gallons per day from the system, or from many systems in fact. This system states 300 gpd, unfortunately these are US gallons. So in the real world abot 240 gpd, as Americans like to have larger amounts of everything they reduce the amount of water...

Once you reach the desired levels there is no requirement to feed a water mix daily, though some circumstances can dictate otherwise. In my case for example I travel extensively, spending an average of 5 months per annum in Southern Europe. As I like to keep the PH at 7.0 ish, (7.2 ish in the winter...

As it's a pressurised system I cannot perceive benefits from K1 deployment, though I reserve the right to be wrong! It's purely the fact that I have to clean 4 cartridges per week in the summer and 1.5 perweek in the winter, each taking some 10 minutes to clean with a pressure washer, excluding setu...
