Hi yes I got 4 of these Grundfos pumps running my pond , there's no brass or copper in them but they are made of cast iron , some say this is not enough to be a problem but just to be on the safe side I coated the insides with G4 , been running for years with no problem , Bob's about right with the ...

I coated my bridge and decking with G4 followed the instructions to the letter 3 coats next one just as the last is going tacky and so on , and yes it looked fantastic , got the photo's some where to prove it , lasted for a year may be a bit more but slowly the water got in under it and now its all ...

like me hedge hog less I have to do a slug patrol with a good torch and a nice length of stone off cut ( better than a pointed stick ) strangely satisfying :twisted:

Thanks Mark that's interesting and would you know if you could empty the bottom one first or must they be emptied from the top first, so could you have 1 or even 2 on top of an empty one.

Hi Phil I did consider the IBC containers but have not found a reasonably priced supplier down south and delivery cost from up north bumps up the price , I also could not find out if you can double stack them when they are full :?:
