Hi guys, I rang Rob at whitstable glass and he was by far the cheapest and had the quickest turn-around for the galss :D In fact he was approx 60per cent cheaper than one quote I had. So 1092 gph is the real figure of your pump/system so how much are you loosing via head and pipe resistence :?:

You best be carefull as those stand pipes are "LIVE" :P :P :P

Heres a tip for you if you can be bothered :? Use the wife,s seive as this will give you the finest sand possible for the base and you wont then need to render the bottom......................

Gazza, yep its full now,1000 gallons in the end. Runs off bottom drain into a vortex then to aquadyne 1.1 via a badu top 6 (500 watts) :cry: Turn over is valved back to about 2500 gph, i heat the room/water via a rad in there, this is set at about 22 and the water holds at 20 at mo.
