Pleased to here that Geoff at least it saves you an hours work or so, I think I will leave mine until spring now as I will be covering it for the winter soon.

Hi Geoff Sorry to jump in again. Hi Geoff Green water does not do the fish any harm in fact I have heard that they thrive in these conditions as long as long as all your nitrites etc are at the correct readings. could be koi pox maybe it's hard to see by the picture, does it look like candle wax has been dripped on the fish. Do you have any clearer pictures unless one of the other members have any ideas.

Hi stuW The scales are still on the fish it looks as though the colour is fading as such the bottom picture was taken around 4 months ago and I thought it may have been a pulled scale and the new one had come through however since then it appears to have got larger as shown in the other pictures aro...

I feed mine water melon when the weather is warm i found a link for the benifits to humans and the nutrition values not sure how this adds up for Koi however they must absorb some of the vitamins I also feed mine Lemons as well they seem to go mad for these. Great piece of kit worth £50 of anyones money, couple of the guys in work have them and say the same as you Duncan, they use them going through the floors in tower blocks and they do the job. cheaper than the Bosch 24 volt ive burnt two of those out so far. may ivest in one of those myself.
