darri , i woudnt put one aerated drain in if you are putting in two bottom drains , i would put two in and stick as much air in as possible thro each , possibly using two spindrifters with a 100 ltrs of air thro each, as gazza has said you can always turn them off or down when veiwing, you cant over...

jason , firstly sorry your having a bit of a mare with this , but dont give up i think it can be repaired , i tend to go along the lines of bobs , fill the hole up the best you can with resin then glass on top for rigidity on a rougher surface , you could also seal the holes\crack with resin, coat o...

YESSSSSSSSSS all seems successful , had to work this morning and had a go this afternoon , only problem was weight at first but once the water was in the pipes the drains seem to be holding position nicely , got to dark with the miserable day to take fotos but off work tommorow so see what we can do...

thanks andy ...the object or challenge was \ is to make a working quality b\d for as little and as easy as poss...i promise i will be honest with the results after testing on sunday and hi light any pitfalls , but fingers crossed..

hi mick, i already use two external pumps , waterco aquamites 1\3 horse pulling 2,200-2,500 gallons per hr each and you prime thro the fitted strainer basket so no problems with priming them. they are already in use on the matrix system in the pond and have been for about 5\6 years now ... hi kim , ...

hi kim......rigid pipe i.e solvent weld pipe wouldnt be a problem just fit hosetails into the elbow and come off in flexi pipe , using two external aquamites which are pulling in opposition at the moment through a matrix system , this will individualise each system to each of the easys .... jane ......
