ok folks heres my grownshow for this winter.
it comes from Duncans 2006 spawning and is aprox on and a half inches long.
the picture may be a bit big but hey youve got to make it look big aint you...LOL

if your going to build it about 4 feet high then the idea of laying the blocks flat is a bit of an overkill. Maurice down at koi-uk has used 4 inch blocks and never had any problems. Dave, if you remove the brush ring from the vortex you could fit a home made eazy as i did. Dave, i see your thread was :oops: hijacked :oops: by carl and gazza but i'm sure they will get round to your problem LOL :D have you got any pics of the filter, or can you identify it from the makers website? they are all built differently and the modifications are also a little different for each.
