They are huge Chris, I wonder how big they wil get? They would grow very well if I had the space, think I would be able to get them to 18" by the spring, the only trouble is I will have a loads coming in and probably will hold them back with the numbers I have to grow on, think I need more pon...

7 weeks old !

This little koi is only 7 weeks old and is how BIG :shock:

It's about 4" 4.5" and a Tancho :lol: lol and not a keeper :(

You could cross anything with a chagoi and still get some chagoi, a Soragoi would be fine as it would give you a high percentage of Chagoi.

No, you do not want to start culling kohaku until they are around 6 weeks old. Then you should be able to see what you have.

This is a picture of the Kohaku fry at a week old, these have grown at a alarming rate and there are loads of them as they are all over the pond.
