Hi ,I think that if you take 130grans of sodium theosulphate, and disolve that with a small amount of hot water (from the kettle), and the top this up until you have 1 litre of fluid. there you have it 130grams=1litre. This may be used at 10mls to 100 gallons changed. Hope this is helpful....and if ...

thanks Duncan.... the reason i,m asking is because, a friend of mine from our koi club, has lost 8 koi so far, with something very similar , or the same thing, he's tried M/F ...PP...C/T...Salt and Baytril injections(not all at the same time)I have asked for some photo's , but he has not sent me any...

I have been reading ,with alot of interest,about this terrible (virus)/disease,
and with all the treatments which have been tried and tested on it, has any one
treatment,stood out as the best ,and dose anyone think they know a cure for it.

Gazza, thankyou for your reply, I have been and seen a vet(grove lodge) locally to me. One of the Vets has said he is willing to come out and check out my Pond and equipment,(filtration etc), for a small charge of £35.00ish .... I hope the (ish) bit is no more ,but I still think its reasonable. He's...

Well I have heard that Baytril should be kept in the fridge, but I dont know how long it lasts(shelf life) , maybe someone can enlighten me. Barry

When I use PP I turn off the uv, Add extra air to the pond, and leave the filters running,whether my thinking is right or wrong, I assume nasties in the pond, can mean nasties in the filter

Is there anyone who could tell me .... is there any difference between the sequence 10000 , and the sequence 1/4 horse power, if there is , which one pumps more water?,and how much...thankyou...Barry
