sure gazza, I currently have a multibay + vortex. this is connected via 4" pipe to a bottom drain and the water is returned to the pond via uv by an aquamax pump.(standard gravity setup. also the the bays are converted to K1) I then have an eazy pod connected (pump fed gravity return) to an ove...

Eazy question

Hi Guys, I have been considering changing the way my filters are set up and wanted to know if its possible to connect my pod to a multibay. i.e. remove the vortex and replace with the pod. I have looked around on the web and can't seem to find anyone that has done this, this makes me think it is not...

I have never drilled fibre glass.
But if i was going to, i would place heavy duty tape over both sides and mark the hole on the tape and drill through.
The tape on both sides would help stop it chipping and on the other side stop the fibres tearing away/pushing outwards :?
