Thats a little better,i still would loose the cable ties and use tape or thin string, the fish will still swim under pipe
possably injuring themselves.

Hi dazz looks neat and tidy,BUT as a bin there done that person :P i can give you two options 1,remove the 45deg bends that are together,run pipe straight to pump,you will have to support pump with something this will give you up to 30% more pull from bottom dome. 2 this is how mine is running,fix p...

I have been using the smaller version of that vortex on my QT no problems at all.
no longer useing it due to change of idea
good vortex for the money

Hi li-er for what it is worth i would convert the cl3 to k1,there are some really good threads on this just do a search, i think with three buys of k1 leaving one as a vortex you will achieve some good parimeters even on your size pond. It realy is not that hard to convert plus its a LOT CHEAPER The...

All looks good so far should work a treat .
I have fitted a retro bottom dome and find that they work fantastic.
Are you going to use external pump? if so will it need priming? if this is the case HOW??

nice job on pond :D

As a suggestion as to return to pond ,

Extend pipe from UV straight up and over wall perhaps into a nicely placed urn/pot.
So when viewed from front will look very effective
