HI, I would like to covert my CL3 to hold K1, but i have been advised that the K1 will continually overflow into the next chambers due to the fact that they are only seperated by weirs. Has anyone converted a CL filter to accept K1, if so how? ........

Hi, I have a pump fed CL3 and the water level varies a little depending on how blocked the mats are in the 4th chamber, - as it is pump fed the top of the central tube in the 4th chamber has been cut off to leave it open (it is bought brand new with it sealed in case it is going to be gravity fed sy...

Can any help me with what filter media to use? The choice seems endless...... I have a 3500 gallon koi pond currently maintained by a pump fed cloverleaf CL3 4 chamber filter, 55 watt uv and an air pump. I would like to increase my current filtration and have just got hold of a Vor-tex 3 pod filter ...
