will look in to the ties you might have a good point there not sure about tape as the stuff might come lose float in to pump and jam it i might cut a small dia pipe up slide it overair line and solvent weld that to the main feed ? what you think

here is mark two i have taken advice and altered the swept bend a bit from 90 degrees to 45 degrees and i must admit it looks beter and i can see what you ment ,it was one of those jobs i put on paper looked good got the bits and here we are on mark 2 lol i will leave till next weekend so any glue i...

would it be worth fitting a 90 degree bend on bottom and running a lenght of pipe to say middle blanked at end and slots at bottom to collect muck from more surface area ,

i used local search on ebay i done a 10 mile radius from my post code on building materials and pond bits i saved a good bit just on that all adds up

my cl2 is about 12 inches from the base above my pond as its in the shed i would make sure its above ground so you can clean it dont matter how high so long as your pump has enough head to pump it i listed my cl2 in my shed on here so you can see from that its ok look at the post i done it might hel...

i sent a pm but in cash it dont get to you all you need to do to stop them is to split the valve turn the seals 180 derees just put the bottom of the seal to the top this will put the bad fold in the seal to the top and will stop the leak i know ive done both mine as they nip wene you push it back

yes i i would do as last post get a new one there only about £10 delivered on good old fleebay and while you get the new one on order i would get some stainless 5mm cap head bolts and washers and nuts ive done both mine and they undo so much better in the chance of change over seals and the bolts wi...
